Mat classes are ideal for those with no acute rehabilitation issues or injuries looking for a general full body workout.

Pilates is a whole body technique and takes a little time to master. Our classes are graded according to your experience with Pilates from absolute beginner level to the experienced. Even if you are quite fit with strong abdominals, you still may benefit from starting with an `Essentials’ level class so that we can ensure that you are performing the exercise correctly and mastering the Pilates technique. As you become more familiar with the exercises, we will increase the intensity and challenge you according to your abilities.
