Tailored Studio Pilates (private sessions, duos or quattros)
Individualised exercise prescription using Pilates Studio & mat exercises to suit your personal rehabilitation needs and fitness goals.
No Pilates experience necessary.
Pilates Mat Work (max. 12 participants)
Mat based small group pilates sessions for those with no active rehabilitation issues. No Pilates experience necessary.
Sessions are graded according to experience.
Circuit-Style Pilates Sessions (max. 6 participants)
Circuit-style small group sessions using Pilates Studio equipment and mat exercises for those with no active rehabilitation issues. Some Pilates experience required.
Pilates for Pregnancy (max. 12 participants)
Specialised small group Pilates sessions suitable for women who are 12 weeks pregnant or more. No experience necessary.
Active Fit and Strong (max. 12 participants)
Small group resistance & cardiovascular training sessions for novices to the experienced.
Yoga (small group - maximum of 12 participants)
Mat based small group sessions for those with no active rehabilitation issues. No experience necessary.
General, pre-natal and men's sessions available.
Individual Assessment & Clinical Exercise Prescription:
Individual assessments are conducted by our highly qualified and experienced therapists to identify movement and/or health related issues.
A clinical exercise prescription is then developed to suit your personal rehabilitation needs and fitness goals.
Assessment is required before participating in Studio equipment sessions. Assessment may also be recommended before participating in other sessions.

Group Education and Rehabilitation Programs
`Pelvic Floor Confidence':
A Pilates training program to improve pelvic floor and deep abdominal (core) strength, enhance lumbo-pelvic stability,
promote spinal mobility and flexibility. Suitable for women with mild to moderate pelvic floor issues.
`Blokes and Backs':
A Pilates and resistance training program to improve deep abdominal (core) and back muscle strength, spinal mobility and flexibility. Suitable for men with lower back issues.
`Healthy Mums Happy Babies':
A program for mums and babies to improve pelvic floor confidence, core strength and muscle tone. Includes baby massage and relaxation. Suitable for post-natal women, and babies who are not yet mobile.
