Information, Terms and Conditions

Please note the following terms and conditions:

  • All Pilates sessions are by appointment only. Bookings are essential.
  • Please note that 24 hours notice must be given if you are unable to attend a booked session otherwise full fees will be charged. This is regardless of the reason for cancellation and also applies to no-show.
  • Payment methods include:
    – EFTPOS
    – Credit cards (AMEX not accepted)
    – Cash
    – Direct Deposit
  • Sessions are non-transferable and non refundable.
  • The casual price applies if you run out of sessions and are unable to pay for a block on the day.
  • Some Health Fund rebates available.
  • Individual assessment is required before participating in all Pilates Studio Sessions
  • Assessment may also be recommended by our therapists before participating in classes to assist in identifying and resolving any movement issues.
  • All sessions are guided and supervised by our highly qualified, accredited and experienced therapists.
  • Mats are supplied and we ask that you put away any equipment and mats you have used after your class or as you go.
  • Please wear comfortable exercise clothing that you can move freely in. Close fitting clothes are preferable as dangling or loose fitting clothing, hair or jewellery may get caught in the equipment. Please remove belts, wallets, loose change, mobile phones, keys and any other objects from your pockets.
  • You are required to wear clean socks for hygiene reasons. If you do not have clean socks for use during your session, non-slip socks are available for purchase.
  • Please bring a towel and use when using mats or other equipment. If you do not have a towel for use during your session, towels may be hired from Reception for $2 per session.
