NEW Pilates Mat Class Term

New Pilates Mat Classes: Improve your core strength, posture, flexibility and sense of well-being with Pilates mat classes. Feel re-energised and refreshed. Classes are available both during the day and in the evenings, Monday through to Saturday. Classes are limited to 12 participants to ensure personalised attention from our highly qualified and experienced instructors.

Bookings are essential for all classes. Please note that 10 packs must be used within the term in which they are purchased; unused sessions can not be carried forward to the next term. See our timetable for scheduling details.

Book and pay for any 2 mat-based classes per week and receive  10 % discount on your second class pack.

Book and pay for any 3 mat-based classes per week and receive 10 % discount on your second class pack and 20% discount on your third class pack.
