Energised Circuit

These one hour, personalised, small group exercise class will give you a full body workout using:
– warm up exercises
– resistance exercise using weights, other small apparatus and Pilates techniques
– cardiovascular exercise using high intensity interval training
– cool down and mobility work

This combination is known to be the most effective way to improve your cardiovascular health, respiratory fitness and metabolic function.

Improve your overall health, well-being and burn more calories in a fun, personalised and supportive environment.

The class is suitable for healthy individuals who are able to participate in moderate to high intensity exercise. No baseline level of fitness is required as exercises will be modified to suit your own fitness level.

Mondays at 6 pm

Thursdays at 9 am

Classes start Monday 21st August 2017

Bookings recommended.
